So the first pen I ordered wasn’t working so I immediately returned it and received another one with in a few days and that one worked perfectly, the seller/company definitely get my 5 stars because they made my return so easy and sent a replacement immediately!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
Love, love the Picasso pad, got it for Xmas. Had a pixel problem which I tried to resolve through customer service, automated response and no promised follow-up, but ended up just returning it and purchasing another. That's been fine, but a few weeks later the stylus stopped working. Tried troubleshooting everything, and again reached out to customer service for a replacement ... crickets. So, another $80 later to purchase a second proprietary stylus.
Bottom line, love the product, hate the so-called customer service.
Hi I'm here to tell you that I love my tablet and for the most part everything worked perfectly but I recently had my pen nib break to the point we're I can't use the tool to replace it and I tried to unscrew the tip but I quickly found out it does not unscrew. I would like to ask simbans why? I DON'T want to spend $50 to replace my entire pen especially secne I get my money from cleaning out my cats litterbox and I'm a minor so It's just my allowance so simbans can you please either tell me how to get the nib out so I can fix it or can you make the pen able to unscrew the tip so I people In the future able to fix the nib. If I am wrong and you can unscrew the tip please let me know and I am sorry.
