Scenario 1 - Your Touch Screen is Broken:
If you are able to power up the tablet, can see the display screen but not able to operate it using your fingers:
- Charge and power up your tablet.

Scenario 2 - Your Touch Screen and Display Screen are Broken:
If your tablet boots up but you can not see anything on the screen and also can not operate it using your fingers:
- Charge and power up your tablet.
- Insert a micro-SD card into your tablet
- Connect a USB mouse to your tablet

- Connect your tablet to your TV via an HDMI cable

Or if you just want to wipe out the data before sending it off for repair:
Hard Reset Your tablet
Note: Hard reset will wipe all data so backup crucial files first
- Remove your tablet’s SD card (if using)
- Power down the tablet using the power button
- Press and hold the POWER and VOLUME UP buttons together until the tablet starts
- Choose the Recovery Mode Form from the options menu (navigate using volume and power buttons)
- Choose wipe data/factory reset
- On the next screen select yes
- Select reboot on the last screen
