Protection Plan

Covered:
The plan provides coverage for accidental damages to the tablet, including spills and drops occured within 1 year of purchase.

Only covers the tablet. Does not cover accessories including Pen, Charger, USB Cable, Case etc.

Not Covered:
The protection plan does not provide coverage for

- Intentional or deliberate damage inflicted upon the device through forceful means.
- Theft or loss
- Insect or animal damage

Coverage Duration:
Once within 1 year from the date of purchase

Shipping Cost:
We will pay for shipping (both sides) if the damage occurs within first 30 days of purchase.
After first 30 days and till 1 year of the purchase, buyer is responsible to pay one-side shipping cost to send the item in for repair.

Time to Repair:
The estimated time to repair and send the unit back is around 1 week.

If we can not fix your tablet within 1 week, we can send you a replacement tablet.

Personal Information Protection:
Please remove all your personal information before sending the unit for repair.
We may wipe out all data on the device before it goes into the repair department to protect your privacy.
The manufacturer may send a replacement unit instead of repairing the damaged one at his own discretion.
