I ordered screen protectors and pen tips for my daughter’s Picasso Tab. After I ordered, I received an email from customer support saying the tips I ordered don’t go with the pen that works with the 10-inch screen. Sure enough, I ordered the wrong pen tips. They switched the order before it shipped and expedited the shipping. That is just amazing. Thank you so much for saving me the frustration even though I ordered the wrong thing. It was my fault I didn’t realize the pen type was right on the pen.

Not sure of the product because it was the wrong one, but good fast shipping and looks to be good quality.

Die Displayschutzfolie war sehr leicht zu montieren. Obwohl ich das noch nie gemacht habe, gelang es perfekt.

I bought this and the first one cracked instantly and the second ok one had spots all over it. this is there fault I professionally install screen protectors for work and I know how to clean and apply them I can't even return them, replace or refund... or get better ones elsewhere because there is no where else . I purchased them two months ago when I went the tablet in to get the screen replaced so I just got the tablet back and did the protector but it's way after the 30 days
