If you need help repairing your Simbans Tablet, please follow the steps below:

STEP 3:

Send the tablet to the address provided to you

STEP 4:

Please provide us with the shipment tracking number after shipping the tablet to us.

Terms and Conditions

Coverage: Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects occurred within 1 year of the purchase.The warranty on Battery,Charger and USB cable is for first 90 days.Normal wear-and-tear is not covered.Buyer needs to pay for any damaged parts.

Refund or Repair:

We offer full refund if the defect occurs within first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days,we provide free repair or replacement of defective parts. Any damaged parts need to be paid by buyer.

Shipping:

Buyer will cover the shipping cost to send the item for repair/replacement and we will pay for sending the item back.

Repair Time:

The average time to repair and send the unit back is about 2 weeks.The manufacturer may send a replacement unit instead of repairing the defective one at his own discretion.

Please remove all your personal information before sending the unit for repair. Manufacturer is not responsible for any loss of data or information
